The National Monuments Service's description
In waste ground, covered with furze bushes, in natural hollow. Circular area (diam. c. 22m) enclosed by stone bank (int. H 1.35m; ext. H 0.45m); interior is c. 1m below level of surrounding terrain. Bank is best preserved NW->NE where stones are blackened, probably from burning furze; otherwise covered by furze bushes. Interior largely inaccessible as covered by furze thicket.
