The National Monuments Service's description
In a re-walkover as part of a planning permission, a potential burnt mound was noted by Rubicon Heritage. A low mound covered with vegetation, c. 10-15m in diameter, was recorded close to a south-eastern field boundary. Heat-shattered sandstone was visible protruding through the vegetation.
