The National Monuments Service's description

On low rise, in gently undulating pasture. Circular area (29m E-W) defined by scarped edge (H 0.55m; Wth 2m) with external fosse (Wth 3m) and counterscarp bank (int. H 0.6m; ext. H 0.85m). Enclosing element overgrown by trees but interior is covered by impenetrable overgrowth. Enclosing element very indistinct SE->SW.
