The National Monuments Service's description
In flat pasture above the Killeenagarriff River 3.5km to the W. Enclosure (LI006-028----) located 650m to the NW. Depicted on 1840 ed. OS 6-inch map as a circular enclosure. The description is based upon its illustration on the 1897 OS 25-inch map. The enclosure is likely to have been a ringfort (diam. c. 36m). The SW side of the monument has been incorporated into the modern field boundary. The remainder of the site survives under dense trees and scrub woodland visible on Digital Globe orthophotos taken 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimage taken 28/06/2018.
