The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on a rise of a gentle S-facing slope on the N side of the valley of a meandering W-E section of the River Mattock, which is c. 60m to the SE at the closest point. The cropmark of an oval enclosure (dims c. 50m NNE-SSW; c. 40m WNW-ESE) defined by a single fosse or drain is visible only on Apple Maps, which utilises a survey conducted by Bluesky International during June 2018, but the perimeter cannot be traced SE-SW or W-NNW. The enclosure (LH024-085----) is c. 45m to the W, and it was first reported by Anthony Murphy.
