The National Monuments Service's description

Discovered prior to road construction (Excavation Licence No. 00E0943). Excavation revealed fragments of burnt bone (max. L 180mm) contained within a pit (diam. c. 0.6m). No artefacts were found with this cremation. (Campbell 2001, 4; Campbell 2002, 212-3)
