The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on a slight S-facing slope. The cropmark of an oval enclosure (dims c. 60m E-W; c. 35m N-S) defined by a single fosse feature is visible on the OSI series of aerial photographs (1995), but the perimeter is absent ESE-S-SW. It is associated with the field system (LH016-009002-), and a road (Wth c. 5m) defined by two ditch features meanders W of the enclosure (L c. 50m). The church (LH016-003001-) is c. 75m to the N, and it was probably contemporary with it. The enclosure was first identified by Ivor Kenny.
