The National Monuments Service's description
On a knoll in low-lying marshy ground. A report in 1976 (SMR file) recorded a raised circular area (diam. c. 23m) defined by a partially natural, irregular scarp. There was no trace of a fosse or the original entrance. It has since been levelled and apart from a low scarp (H 0.4-0.6m) from SE-S-SW, no visible surface trace survives.
