The National Monuments Service's description
On an E-facing slope in pasture. A raised circular area (diam. c. 35m) enclosed by a low bank of earth and stone (Wth 2.6m; H 0.3m) with an external fosse (Wth 1.8m; D 0.3-0.4m). From S-N-NE the bank and fosse have been modified and incorporated into a partially levelled field boundary. A break (Wth 1m) in the bank at NE may mark the original entrance.
