The National Monuments Service's description
On a low, narrow N-S ridge in pasture. A raised circular area (diam. c. 42m) enclosed by a low bank of earth and stone (Wth 4.6m; H 0.3m). A report in 1976 (SMR file) recorded a shallow external fosse with a low outer bank. It also noted a house site (LF023-082001-) inside the bank at NE. All of these features have since been levelled. A break (Wth 2m) in the bank at SE probably marks the original entrance.
