The National Monuments Service's description

A small patch of a togher (exposed Wth 0.75m) was located on the field surface immediately to the E of a drain. It may have been truncated at W by the drain and it was not evident in the opposite section face or field surface. It was composed of converging brushwood and roundwood, which generally extended NW-SE to NNW-SSE. Two roundwoods (diam. 0.06m and 0.07m) extended across the brushwood (av. diam. 0.02m) holding the general orientation. There were also two to three roundwoods extending in an E-W direction.
