The National Monuments Service's description

Within the SW quadrant of the interior of a rath (LF022-026001-). Described in 1976 (SMR file) as a wide depression that might have been the remains of a large house. Due to dense overgrowth satisfactory inspection of this feature was impossible but the depression may be the result of quarrying. Another possible house site (LF022-026002-) lies in the NW quadrant.
