The National Monuments Service's description

In level pasture. A raised circular area (diam. 23.7m) enclosed by a low bank of earth and stone (Wth 4.4m; H 0.1-0.8m) with an intervening fosse (Wth 2.8m; D 0.6m) and a low outer bank (Wth 2.6m; H 0.2m). A break (Wth 3.2m) in the banks at ENE with an accompanying causeway marks the original entrance.
