The National Monuments Service's description
On a SE-facing slope in pasture with a stream to the E. A raised circular area (diam. 29m) enclosed from N-NE-ENE by a low bank of earth and stone (Wth 4m; H 1m) and elsewhere defined by a scarp (H 1.3-1.5m). A report in 1975 (SMR file) recorded a shallow external fosse and a low outer bank, which was identifiable only at NE. The original entrance is not recognisable.
