The National Monuments Service's description
On a NW-SE ridge in pasture. Depicted as an approximately circular enclosure with the designation 'Fort' on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. An report in 1975 (SMR file) recorded that, although the monument had been levelled, the outline of its perimeter could still be traced defining a circular area (diam. c. 40m). It is no longer visible at ground level.
