Situated at the W end of an E-W drumlin ridge. This is a grass and rush-covered circular area (int. diam. 22.2m NE-SW) defined by the grass-covered base of a earthen bank (at SE: Wth 1.55m) with internal and external stone cladding, which has been totally removed WSW-NE. The entrance (Wth 1.3m) is at ESE.

The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Leitrim' compiled by Michael J. Moore (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2003). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
