The National Monuments Service's description
Located on a slight rise on the heather-covered karst plateau which slopes SE from Truskmore, with numerous swallow-holes in the vicinity. A wedge-shaped cairn (dims 9m E-W; 3.5m N-S at E to 6.5m N-S at W) is revetted with drystone-walling and orthostats. It contains a gallery (int. dims 3m E-W; 1.8m N-S) which is separated from the portico (max. dims 4.5m E-W; 2.3m N-S) by a possible septal slab and later drystone wall. There are two roofstones in position, and the portico is blocked by a line of upright slabs which completes the façade at W.
