The National Monuments Service's description

Located on an E-W ridge with rock outcrop and rough pasture at the top of a severe slope down to N, and overlooking Lough Melvin. Five hut-sites are visible as subcircular grass-covered areas defined by the grass-covered remains of stone walls within field system (LE002-028001-). This feature is situated on top of a knoll at W end of field system and c. 30m SW of enclosure (LE002-028002-). It is a subcircular area (ext. dims 7.2m NW-SE; 6.6m NE-SW; int. dims 5.7m NE-SW; 4.4m NW-SE) defined by a stone wall footing (Wth c. 1m), which has been damaged at the SE.
