The National Monuments Service's description
In tillage. Indicated as a roughly circular enclosure (diam. c. 53m) on the 1st (1839) ed. OS 6-inch map with a field boundary running N-S through and truncating the W edge of the enclosure. The enclosure is not indicated on the 1900 revision of the OS 6-inch map which suggests it had been levelled by this date. It is clearly visible as a cropmark on satellite imagery (Google Earth, imagery date 14 July 2018) which shows a wide deep fosse (Wth c. 5m) with a gap (Wth c. 5m) in the E. The N-S field boundary which truncates the W side has not been levelled. Another enclosure (KK021-025001-) is located c. 120m to the SW.
