Forty medieval pits, a fence-line and curvilinear feature excavated in a series of investigations by Jacinta Kiely and Bruce Sutton within a former burgage plot (99E0757 and 06E0230) at 11 Patrick Street, on the N side of the Hightown of Kilkenny (Kiely 2000, 147-8; 2008, unpublished; 2009, 273; 2010, 261-2; Sutton and Johnston 2007, unpublished; Sutton 2008, 200-201). Overlain by series of post-medieval pits and working surfaces. Partially preserved in situ.
