The National Monuments Service's description

In St Francis' Abbey (KK019-026101-), Kilkenny. Reused as the northernmost lintel in the N ground floor passage of the crossing-tower, only the upper surface and dexter side are visible. The upper end of a tapering slab with raised edges. It is decorated with a cross in false relief, consisting of a large four-lobed cross-head and cross-arms, on either side of a raised cross-shaft, with trefoil terminals. The upper side of the exposed graveslab is chamfered, splaying inwardly. Stylistically this graveslab dates to the 13th/14th century.
