The National Monuments Service's description
In rolling grassland at transition from slope of valley side to fairly flat valley floor. Moderate views along and across valley. On an aerial survey by Simon Dowling (30 December 2014) a rectangular structure defined by fosse is visible towards the E end of the N boundary of a graveyard (KK013-060002-). This structure, aligned NE-SW (dims. 10m x 5m) appears to be the same as that identified during a field inspection in 1987 located 10m N of the church (KK013-059001-)(National Monument files).
