The National Monuments Service's description
On ground sloping gently to the Dinin and Douglas river valley floors, in rolling grassland. A small stream runs along the S boundary of field, in a reclaimed field. One of three fulachta fia (KK010-068001- c. 40m to the W and KK010-068003- c. 30m to the SW) in the immediate vicinity recorded by Prendergast (1955, 10). This fulacht fia is not visible at ground level.
