The National Monuments Service's description

Just above the flood plain at the foot of the S and E valley sides of the River Dinin. Land rises fairly steeply to the S. There are fair views across the Dinin river valley. Indicated as a quadrilateral enclosure on the 1st (1839) ed. OS 6-inch map but as a circular platform (diam. c. 40m) on the 1899 revision, tightly enclosed by field boundaries on all but the SW side. The monument has since been levelled and though not visible at ground level, it is faintly visible on Digitalglobe satellite imagery (viewed 5 December 2018).
