The National Monuments Service's description
Human remains, consisting of skull fragments and teeth, were uncovered on the W bank of the River Nore and outside an adjacent bawn (KK009-002003-). The remains were found c. 20m from the SE angle of bawn and 3.8m to the E. The bawn is associated with a castle (KK009-002001-) and a 17th-century house (KK009-002002-). The remains were uncovered by cattle.
