The National Monuments Service's description

In rough hill pasture, on the NW-facing slope of Coomnadiha Mountain. A stretch (L c. 24m) of relict field wall (T c. 0.55m; H 0.8m), which is largely in a collapsed state, meanders upslope through blanket bog. Many of the lower course stones are set upright at right angles to line of wall and protrude above the surface of the bog.

The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry. Volume I: South-West Kerry' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
