The National Monuments Service's description
In rough pasture, on a terrace on the N-facing slopes of Knockanouganish Hill. A well-preserved oval cairn (10m N-S; 7.75m E-W) encloses this wedge tomb. The chamber (L 1.5m; Wth 1.3m at the W end; Wth 0.93m at the E end), which is aligned E-W and open at W, is formed by a backstone and a single sidestone on each side. The roofstone (3.2m x 2.25m; T 0.3m) slopes down to the E and rests on the backstone and the N sidestone. The E half of the roofstone is covered by the cairn which has quartz inclusions. (Twohig 1986, 143-50)
