The National Monuments Service's description

Road bridge (Wth 3.8m; long axis NW-SE) spanning a tributary of the Coomeelan stream. Single semicircular arch with undressed voussoirs; voussoirs on NE face are larger than those on the SW face. The voussoirs at the summit of the arch on SW face tend to be narrower than those which form the lower section of the arch. Vertical stone coping on parapets. Parapets and arch have been reinforced and repaired using concrete. River banks have been revetted with walls of large stones on upstream (NE) side. This bridge is not named on the 1846 OS 6-inch map.
