The National Monuments Service's description
Built into a steep slope at the E side of a minor road. The front elevation faces E. Partially collapsed front wall (H 1.3m) and curving side walls encase an earthen core. The roofless rectangular stone-lined funnel (H 1.3m; 1.5m x 2.2m) is possibly rebuilt. The rear of the kiln is at road level.
