The National Monuments Service's description

On the summit of Mangertonbeg, with extensive views in all directions. A cairn (diam. 7.5m) with ten evenly spaced radially set stones (H 0.2-0.9m) around its perimeter. The two tallest stones, 1.2m apart, are at N and form an entrance-like feature. A depression in the W quadrant contains fragments of broken stone. There is a recently built cairn within the perimeter at S.
