The National Monuments Service's description
This enclosure no longer survives above ground, it is not marked on the first edition (1846) and it is shown as a small rectangular enclosure in the NW corner of a large rectangular field on the 1895 OS 6-inch map and named 'Sheepfold'. It is most likely the remains of an 18th/19th century house.
