The National Monuments Service's description
Located W of the ridge which joins Coomduff and Keelnagore, this tall standing stone is situated on gently sloping land that overlooks the Carhan river basin across an expanse of bog to W. Rectangular in elevation, it stands 3.45m high and is trapezoidal in plan at base, where it has maximum dimensions of 1.3m x .5m; ENE-WSW. The stone inclines to SE and some packing stones are visible around its base, particularly at NW.
