The National Monuments Service's description

In rough pasture, on the break of a NE-facing slope, with a stream c. 10m to the W. A horseshoe-shaped mound (19.5m N-S; c. 17m E-W; H 0.5m) with an opening (4.15m N-S) facing W. The mound is eroded at the E where it has been trampled by sheep accessing feeding-troughs. There is a mature tree adjacent to the NE and a farm road at E. Another fulacht fia (KE075-037001-) is 5.4m to the N.
