The National Monuments Service's description

In commonage, on a NW-facing slope, abutting the E side of a field boundary. A trapezoidal area (4.45m N-S; 2.7m E-W) defined by a wall (H 0.8m) of earth and stone. There is an entrance (Wth 0.7m) at the E end of the S wall. The NE portion of the interior is raised (H 0.3m) and the SW portion is cut (D 0.3m) into the upslope to compensate for the hillslope. There are occasional furze and whitethorn bushes in the NE corner of the interior.
