The National Monuments Service's description

On level ground in woodland, in the Killarney National Park. The remains of a possible oval hut (5.2m E-W; 4m N-S) defined by a moss-covered drystone wall (T 2.4m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 0.8m) with some stones slumped to the base of the wall, both internally and externally. The entrance (Wth 2.5m) is at E. A tree grows within the level interior. A track, known as George's Way, lies adjacent to the possible hut site at W.
