The National Monuments Service's description

In rough hill pasture, on the NW side of a trackway (KE074-032----), on the NW-facing slope of Mangerton Mountain in Killarney National Park. An oval cairn (7.2m NW-SE; 6.8m NE-SW; H 0.45m) of compressed stones with a circular cairn (diam. 1.4m; H 0.78m) of loose stones on top. The monument is indicated on the E side of a trackway on the 1895 OS 6-inch map.
