The National Monuments Service's description

n rocky mountain heath (191m), on a NE-facing slope. Excellent views of Behy river valley to NE with Seefin and Droum Mountains in background. A slightly rough and fractured sandstone boulder (dims. 1.8m ENE-WSW; 0.86m NNW-SSE; H 0.65m at SSE) which is subrectangular in plan. It has a subrectangular decorated surface (dims. 0.6m ENE-WSW; 0.47m NNW-SSE) which has an E-facing aspect. The decorated surface bears four cupmarks (largest diam. 6cm; D 2mm) of roughly the same size. A cup-and-ring motif (overall dims. c. 17cm NE-SW; 16cm NW-SE; cup diam. 5cm; D 5mm) is defined by a partial ring (Wth 1.5cm; D 1-2mm) S->W->NW, which is very weathered. The cup-and-ring motif and one cupmark are upon highest area of the stone, at W end of decorated surface. These are separated from the three cupmarks by two steps (long-axis N-S) which extend across the stone’s surface.
