Hut site identified and described by Aoibheann Lambe as; 'In boggy upland pasture used for sheep grazing, there is a complex of hut sites at an elevation of between 250m and 260m on a ridge of the E slope of Beenmore. 2 of the hut sites are N of a tributary of the Behy river and the remainder are S of it. Coomnacronia Lake is c. 625m SSW and the hut complex N of the lake is c. 520m to SW. Drung Hill is to N. At E, there are views down the valley beyond the foothills of Drung Hill, towards Dingle Bay and at E, to Seefin Mountain. Of corbelled dry stone construction, this hut is the best preserved in the complex. Roughly rectangular in shape, it measures 5m EW and 3m NS the wall at E is semicircular. The walls are 1m high on the exterior and 0.5m thick except where the wall is 1m thick at N which may be due either to collapse or to what may be a second wall running along its exterior on this side. The interior is defined by rushes and at W by rubble which is overlain with heather. There is no entrance apparent. A tributary of the Behy river is 5m away at N'.
