A complex of hut sites extending 0.1km NS is situated in the townland of Letter West at an elevation of 260m on a ridge of the eastern slopes of Beenmore, by the source of the Behy River. An amphitheatre of hills forming part of the ‘Glenbeigh Horseshoe’ a circuit of hills extending from Seefin to Drung Hill surround the huts on all sides save at NE where there is extensive views along the boggy pasture towards Glenbeigh. A view in the direction of Dingle Bay is through the gap between Drung Hill and Drom West with the foothills of Drung Hill blocking the view of the water. The hut sites at Kealduff Upper are 700m to SE and those on the slopes of Drung Hill are 900m to NE while the main concentration in of rock art in Letter West is to SE and E. At E 460669 N 586667, there are the poorly preserved remains of a hut site which is roughly rectangular in shape. It measures 3m across at its W end and the two sides running E-W taper to the E end which is round and measures 2m across. 6 meters long. The interior measures 4m E-W. To N is part of a collapsed drystone wall. No entrance is apparent'.
