The National Monuments Service's description
On Innisfallen Island in Lough Leane. A plain grave slab is located S of the Abbot's Church (KE066-072008-). It is chamfered and tapers from top to bottom ( L 1.6-2m; Wth at top c. 0.6m; Wth at base c. 0.5m). There is no evidence of any inscription or decoration. There are three similar grave slabs (KE066-072004-, KE066-072013-, KE066-072014-) in the adjacent church of the Augustinian abbey (KE066-072001-). (Weaver 1995)
