The National Monuments Service's description

In the ruins of Aghadoe church (KE066-016001-). Set on top of the S wall of the chancel between an ogham stone (KE066-016005-) to the W and a crucifixion plaque (KE066-016007-) to the E. A roughly rectangular block (L 0.44m; Wth 0.21m; H 0.2m) divided into two panels by a vertical line. The carved surface faces N. The surface of the E half of the block is broken. The carved depiction in the W half is unclear, but appears to take the form of a 'Y', resting on a horizontal roll-moulded base. The carving may be of a stylised flower.
