The National Monuments Service's description
Built into steep slope on W side of avenue on Farmhill demesne. Random rubble front wall faces W. Arched recess (H 1.73m; Wth 1.55m; D 1.35m) with sloping slabs to rear. Horizontal ledge across front of kiln c. 2.1m above ground. Roughly built random rubble side walls. Top of kiln accessed from avenue, funnel largely infilled.
