In rough pasture, on a gentle W-facing slope. Reported to the Archaeological Survey of Ireland as a possible enclosure. Sub-oval area (dims. 12m WNW-ESE; 8m NNE-SSW) defined by scarp (Wth 1.8m; H 0.2m) and truncated by field boundary (long axis NE-SW) and deep drain across NE-sector. W-arc is uneven and irregular in shape. Possible fosse (Wth 2.1m; D 0.15m) noted at NW. Interior is grass covered; two low boulders in NW sector. Evidence of vegetation clearance across this area.
