The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, towards the top of a low hillock, in undulating pasture. A circular area (25m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3.55m; int. H 0.85m; ext. H 0.8m) WNW-SSE and by a scarp SSE-WNW. Stone facing is evident along the external face of the bank at SE. The interior is almost level and is slightly higher than the external ground level. There is a possible entrance (Wth c. 1.5m) at ENE and cattle gaps at NE and SSE. The W half of the interior and the bank S-N are covered in overgrowth. Field boundaries radiate from the bank externally at W and ENE.
