The National Monuments Service's description
A standing stone situated on a N facing slope over-looking the Lispole valley. It stands 1.95m high and measures .7m x .3m at base; ENE-WSW. The width increases gradually to .9m at a height of c. 0.6m above the ground, and from there the sides rise vertically to the top which comes to a point at the W.
The above description is derived from J. Cuppage, ‘Corca Dhuibhne. Dingle Peninsula archaeological survey. Ballyferriter. Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne’ (1986), no. 107. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
