The National Monuments Service's description
South of Burnham House, now Coláiste Íde, 2 slab-lined graves were discovered, each c. 2m long and containing extended skeletons (Raftery 1941, 305).
The above description is derived from J. Cuppage, ‘Corca Dhuibhne. Dingle Peninsula archaeological survey. Ballyferriter. Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne’ (1986), no. 197. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
