The National Monuments Service's description
No trace survives of the pair of standing stones marked on the OS maps on a SE facing slope overlooking Dingle Bay. According to Macalister (1899, 219-20), the stones, 3 feet 1 inch (.9m) and 2 feet 4 inches (.7m) high, stood 3 feet 2 inches (.95m) apart 'on a low ridge of ground seemingly an ancient boundary of some kind, which runs NNE and SSW'. Curran described them as standing '6 feet (1.8m) apart in the fence'.
