The National Monuments Service's description
In a rath (KE048-089001-). This possible souterrain was described in the 1940s as two connecting underground hut sites composed of immense slabs of stone which were considered too dangerous to enter (Minutes of the Co. Kerry Field Club, 1946, vol. 2, 702). There are no visible remains of this possible souterrain. (Castleisland District Archaeological Survey)
