The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, on a NE-facing slope. A circular area (c. 32m N-S; c. 30.5m E-W) defined by an earth and stone bank (int. H 0.2m; ext. H 1.05m) which is covered with overgrowth. There is a possible entrance (Wth 3m) at NNW but a break (Wth 1m) in the bank at SE appears to be recent. A slight trace of an external fosse is evident along the SW arc. The interior is under long grass and slopes down to the NE. Parallel N-S drains (Wth c. 0.6m; D c. 0.4m) cross the W sector. There is a possible souterrain opening (KE048-077001-) in the bank at NE. Field boundaries radiate from the bank at N, E, SW and NW. (Castleisland District Archaeological Survey)
