The National Monuments Service's description
This univallate rath is situated on a SE facing slope, about 50m from a S flowing stream. The site was shown on the 1st edition of the OS map as a circular enclosure but its S half has been almost completely destroyed. The outline of this part of the enclosure is indicated only by a slight rise from the external ground level to the interior. The remaining bank is a maximum of 1.25m high externally and 1m high internally and is c. 2m wide. There is a 3.5m wide gap at NE.
